Respect Campaign
Great News!
The Mustang Booster Club (MBC) is conducting a private fund-raising campaign to purchase new equipment and enlarge our Fitness Center and Weight Room.  In addition, we plan to purchase a new scoreboard for our softball field.  We will also install an artificial turf playing surface on the baseball infield.  These improvements will benefit our Physical Education department and allow athletes in all sports at Millard North the opportunity to improve their performance.   The great news is that the Mustang Booster Club has already collected $400,000 towards these projects.  Our goal is to raise an additional $120,000 by Friday, April 18th.  Please consider a donation to this great cause by accessing the Millard North High School homepage where you will find a link to the Mustang Booster Club with a donation button or simply click on the link within this message.  Thank you in advance for your help!

School Hours
We wanted to provide you with an important reminder about school rules regarding campus hours. As stated on page 17 in our 2013-14 Student and Parent Guide, “students should not be on campus earlier than 6:30 AM and no later than 4:00 PM unless they are in a supervised activity…” This includes sports, clubs, library use, and After School Study Center time where certified teachers, coaches, and/or sponsors directly supervise our students during these activities. “...If students need to stay past 3:30, they must be seated in the cafeteria or outside by the flagpole. It is an administrative expectation that all students not involved in a school activity follow all school rules and leave campus by 4:00 PM each day.”

Parents and Guardians, please make sure that there is a transportation plan in place before 4 PM each day to ensure that this rule is being followed by your students. Thank you for your assistance in ensuring for the safe and timely departure of our kids.

Counseling Center Evening Hours
The Millard North Counseling Center will be open on Tuesday evenings from 4-8pm beginning September 10th. This is a great time to seek academic support, explore college options and scholarship opportunities, or work on career exploration. There is no need to make an appointment. Although not all seven counselors will be in the office each Tuesday, there will always be someone here who can assist you. If you would prefer to meet specifically with your assigned counselor, please contact him or her directly.
We look forward to seeing you!
